  Poor customer service.. I hired A&A Glass to cut a piece o glass for the top of my dresser. Even though I provided the exact measurements, they cut it wrong. But that happens. What was unacceptable was the service I received after they had my money and I was waiting for a replacement piece of glass. It took repeated calls and over 2 weeks of waiting to obtain a new piece of glass. Every time I called I was promised it would be ready the next day and that I would receive a call. No one ever called. if I hadn't kept calling them I'd probably still be waiting for my glass!
